Welcome to the inaugural issue of the Support Human Resources Changelog! Since that's a mouthful, we'll just refer to it as the Changelog from here on out.
This newsletter will serve as your update on what new resources have been added to the site since the last Changelog. This first issue will be brief since I launched the site with over 100 resources, and that would be a little spammy to write out in full.
But going forward, I'll include a list of new resources (organized by type) along with links to their individual posts so that you can access any resources you're interested in directly.
Of course, if you'd rather not receive the Changelog in your inbox, you can update your email preferences here.
So let's cover what's new!
The site was pretty bare-bones at launch a few weeks ago, and I'm happy to announce that I've made some enhancements since then.
First, you can see a list of all resources of a specific type by clicking on its name in the Directories dropdown menu in the navigation bar. For instance, you can see all available podcasts by clicking on it in the Directories dropdown.
You can also see all resources related to a specific discipline, topic, or theme by clicking on its name in the Collections dropdown menu. For example, if you'd like to see all the resources related to customer support, you'd click on Support in the Collections dropdown.
There are a bunch of collections now available, and to see all of them, click on More... in the dropdown menu. If you'd like to see a collection that doesn't currently exist, just reply to this email to request it, and I'll see what I can do!
I've also added answers to some frequently asked questions. If you have questions that I don't cover in the FAQ, just let me know by replying to this email.
Finally, as of today, April 1, 2024, here are the resource stats:
- Learning: 19 resources
- Books: 2 resources
- Newsletters: 6 resources
- Podcasts: 123 resources
- Communities: 4 resources
- Job Boards: 6 resources
