Calling all NYC community builders and managers!

Designing great events doesn’t have to mean more time, stress, or burnout. Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on how to maximize the impact of your events, without adding more lift to your workload.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How to build high-impact moments into your planning process
  • How to relieve yourself of complicated and time-consuming event practices
  • How to design “low-lift” high impact experiments for future gatherings and events

This workshop is intentionally designed to be collaborative and reflective; you’ll work through a series of reflective prompts and pair up with fellow builders to discuss. You’ll have space to think about your own community, share experiences, and learn from others navigating similar challenges.

What to Expect

  • 6:00–6:30 PM: Welcome & Meet Fellow Community Builders
  • 6:30–7:30 PM: Opening Remarks + Workshop
  • 7:30–8:00 PM: Closing Reflections + Open Networking

Light bites and refreshments will be provided
