Customer Success Conversation & Connection

Customer Success Conversation & Connection
March 18 at 5:00pm GMT, Market Halls Paddington, London, UK. Hosted by Angela Scott. Get on waitlist here.

A relaxed, no-pitch London meet-up for thoughtful professionals who care about genuine connection and customer success.

Join me for an informal evening of conversation, connection, and curiosity.

This is not a networking event in the traditional sense. There are no name badges, no pitches, and no small talk required. Just a relaxed space to meet thoughtful professionals who care about making the people they work with (i.e. customers, clients, users, or partners) genuinely successful.

Whether you work in Customer Success, or any role that sits at the intersection of business and relationships, you’ll fit right in.

Expect open conversation, a friendly atmosphere, and the freedom to move around and chat with as many people as you like. There’s no formal structure, just a couple of hours to connect with others who value meaningful work and genuine interaction.

Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and enjoy a couple of hours of conversation that might just remind you why we still show up in person.

Practical details:

  • Date: Wednesday 18th March 2026
  • Time: 5:00 – 7:30pm
  • Tentative Location: Market Halls at Paddington Station. Market Halls is situated in the new Paddington Square concourse on the first floor next to Gails and Wahaca. (to be confirmed in early 2026)
  • Cost: Free to attend (food and drink available to purchase at the bar)

If your plans change, please cancel your registration before 16th March as a professional courtesy. This helps me manage numbers and meet the venue’s requirements. I’ve personally paid a deposit to secure our space, although there’s no charge to attend.
