March 10 at AutogenAI, London, UK. Hosted by Women of Customer Success. Register here.

This International Women’s Day, Women of Customer Success is partnering with WISe (Women in SaaS) to host a London evening designed to give you clarity on what actually moves your career forward.

To honour this year’s IWD theme, Give to Gain, we’re bringing together a panel of senior women to openly share the experiences, decisions, and perspectives that shaped their careers - for the benefit of the wider women in tech community.

We’ll then extend that same principle to the room. Through a structured Give / Gain peer exercise, every attendee will share one challenge and one piece of knowledge, experience, or resource to support others. The goal is simple: practical exchange, shared learning, and collective progress.

Agenda

  • 6:00–6:30 PM: Arrival and welcome drinks
  • 6:30–7:30 PM: Leadership panel and live Q&A: From Contribution to Influence: Using Your Strengths to Move Your Career Forward
  • 7:30–9:00 PM: Peer Exchange activity, networking, nibbles

The Panel Topic

From Contribution to Influence: Using Your Strengths to Move Your Career Forward

We’re bringing together an all-star panel of Director-level and above leaders to share how they’ve turned strengths into leverage.

We’ll cover:

  • How senior leaders identified their true strengths over time
  • How they learned to use those strengths with intention, not habit
  • What actually creates visibility and influence at the next level
  • Where leaning too hard on one strength can quietly hold you back
  • Small but decisive shifts that create momentum and direction

Peer Exchange: Give One, Gain One

Each attendee will bring one real challenge they’re facing and one insight or capability they can offer. You’ll exchange ideas and resources with peers and leave with one concrete takeaway you can apply to your job/career immediately.

Who this is for

  • Women in Customer Success, Revenue, Product, or Operations
  • Members of the WISe community - if you work in SaaS, you’re welcome
  • Senior ICs and leaders who want clearer direction for their next chapter

Spots are limited to 70 and we expect this to fill quickly.

If you want an International Women’s Day event that’s ambitious, practical, and genuinely worth showing up for — this is it.
