Identifying and Leveraging Your Strengths in Post-Sales
February 19 at Awesomic, San Francisco, CA. Hosted by Women of Customer Success. Get tickets here.

We're thrilled to kick off 2026 with the San Francisco Women of Customer Success community!

With so much lined up for our chapter this year, we wanted to make sure you're starting with clarity and intention—because the CS leaders who thrive aren't just busy, they're building on their strengths. Join us for an evening of honest conversation and self-reflection to set the tone for the year ahead.

We're hosting an intimate fireside chat with Kelly Sweeney, VP of Customer Success at Guideline, followed by a hands-on workshop designed to help you uncover and amplify your unique professional strengths.

Fireside Chat with Kelly Sweeney

Kelly will share her career journey into Customer Success leadership - from her early days in the field to building and scaling the CS organization at Guideline. She'll discuss how she identified the strengths that accelerated her path to VP, the pivotal moments that shaped her leadership philosophy, and the hard-won lessons about recognizing and addressing her own gaps. Expect an honest conversation about what it really takes to grow into executive leadership in CS, and how radical self-awareness became one of her most valuable tools.

Interactive Workshop: The Wheel of Customer Success

Following the fireside chat, we'll guide you through the Wheel of Customer Success - a self-reflection framework for assessing where you stand across 11 critical dimensions of a CS career, including Customer Impact & Outcomes, Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen, Leadership & Ownership, Confidence & Executive Presence, and more.

You'll identify where you naturally excel, where you're over-investing energy, and what's quietly limiting your growth - then walk away with a focused action plan for the quarter ahead.

Who this event is for
- Individual contributors and Leaders
- Women in CS, CX, Support, RevOps and Account Management
- All industries welcome

We'll have charcuterie and wine available on the night - bring yourself, a pen, and all of your questions!

See you there 👋
