In this self-paced course you will learn how to turn numbers into narrative. (Estimate learning time is 22 minutes.)
This course is comprised of three parts with interactive components in each.
By the end you’ll have an understanding of what metrics provide a strong foundation for constructing a narrative, and what to do when that foundation isn’t strong enough.
This course is for anyone who works with an online community program who looking to improve their reporting skills, and better understand how metrics can inform their community strategy.
