Oh hey! How ya doing?
It hasn't quite been a year since the last Changelog, but it has been a rough break for me (in more ways than one!), which I'll write about in the Support Human newsletter soon. Let's just say the skeleton GIF crowning this issue is very appropriate.
A shorter update for you, but I was so excited to be back to updating the site that I wanted to send it out as soon as possible.
Today's issue brings you 15 new resources in blogs, learning, newsletters, and podcasts, and 2 removed resources from blogs and learning.
It's been a while, so I know I've missed some new stuff. Is there a resource you'd like to see added to the site? Check out our FAQs on adding resources and suggest it here!

Removed Resources (-2)
To keep this site useful, I'll occasionally need to remove resources that have been taken down or are no longer meaningfully maintained in a way that affects their reliability. When I do, I try to let you know which ones were removed and why.
If you notice a resource that needs to be removed, please let me know! You can use the Suggest a Resource form or email me at steph@supporthuman.cx.
The Klaus Blog & Setting Up The Purrfect Customer Service QA Program (Learning)
A fantastic blog in its time, Klaus served as a resource for all things QA in CX (I wrote a few pieces for Klaus back in the day, and they were some of my favorites). Alas, Klaus was acquired by Zendesk and has been fully absorbed into its product line, and the blog (and any associated training) is no more. Purr one out for a real one.
Note: I've left Quality Conversations with Klaus (their now-defunct podcast) up because it can still be found on podcast services and it's got some quality (bah-dum-tiss) content worth keeping archived.
