My name is Felisha, a Customer Experience leader who stumbled into the world of CX over a decade ago.

Since then, I've had the privilege of leading some fantastic Customer Experience teams at companies that have received a total of over $2.4 billion in funding.

From leading the CX teams for Europe's fastest-growing startup of all time to Time Magazine's Most Influential Company in 2022 — it's been quite an adventure.

I created this blog to share all the things I wish I had known when starting my CX journey. My hope is to inspire those who might not yet realize the endless career opportunities that working in Customer Experience can offer.
